This is the 20KHz ultrasonic cutting sonotrode(ultrasonic cutting blade) with 305mm cutting width .we can according to custom needs offer with or without coating.This type design of cutting heigth of  ultrasonic sonotrode is around 70mm.It could be used for some thick layer food like fresh cake,cheese etc cutting .
