There are two kinds of lampshade materials for LED lamps in the mainstream market: PC plastic and fluorescent sandblasted glass. Fluorescent glass has better light transmission, average shading, difficult processing, and high cost.
PC plastics are mainly diffused PC. The light transmission is related to the wall thickness of the lampshade. More than 90% are around 1mm and the wattage of the shading light source is 7-9W, which is more common, low cost, and not fragile.
The LED bulbs used for ultrasonic welding are made of PC, and 15KHz ultrasonic machine can be used to weld the upper and lower PC shells. The ultrasonic welding effect is stable and firm, and the appearance is not crushed.
