How bucket cover plastic spout cap welded by ultrasonic machine

The plastic spout cap bucket cover is mainly used for plastic antifreeze barrels and lubricating oil barrels. It consists of PP plastic cover + eva sealing ring (telescopic cover), which are welded together by ultrasonic machine.

Since PP material is difficult to weld, generally we will use a ultrasonic welding machine with a power of 2600W or more, and the welding time will take about 1-1.5 seconds, depending on the power of the ultrasonic equipment selected by the customer. After ultrasonic welding, the waterproof effect and the tensile force can meet customer requirements. Different sizes can be produced by simply changing the ultrasonic horn/sonotrode.

The plastic spout cap bucket cover ultrasonic welding machine is also suitable for the welding of various round plastic bottle caps such as wine bottle caps, cosmetic caps, beverage bottle caps, food bottle caps, etc.; it can be used for PP, PE, ABS, AS, PC, POM, PVC and PET material product.
