Disposable paper cup ultrasonic welding technology

With the large-scale application of plastic products in daily life, in order to reduce the pollution of waste plastic products.we have replaced some plastic products with a large number of paper made products, such as disposable paper cups, disposable paper bowls, ice cream cups and so on. The paper cups which on the general market are made of food-grade wood pulp paper and sprayed with a food-grade PE composite film. Due to the waterproofness of the plastic film and the higher strength of the paper, the performance of the paper cup is better than that of the plastic cup, and the heat resistance temperature can reach about 100 degrees. At present, there are two types of paper cups: single-sided plastic-coated and double-sided plastic-coated. The outer wall of the double-sided coated cup is not afraid of condensation, and is mainly used for ice cream or cold drinks. When producing single-sided plastic-coated paper cups, the seams can be welded by hot pressing or ultrasonic. Welding, the production of double-sided plastic-coated paper cups can only be used for ultrasonic welding. If thermal welding is used, the surface will be burned.

The ultrasonic system mainly includes ultrasonic generator, ultrasonic transducer and ultrasonic welding horn.
