Use high-power ultrasonic equipment for welding production and processing. If the volume is small, for example, the diameter is less than 60, you can use the 3000W ultrasonic welding model. If the impeller is not made of PPS material but made of ABS plastic material, there is no need for such a large power.

The advantages of PPS or PPE impeller:
(1) Stable performance. The geometry and size of the impeller flow path have the greatest impact on the performance of the pump. The flow path shape of the plastic impeller is guaranteed and the dimensional accuracy is high, so the performance is stable.
(2) The smoothness of the runner is high, and the hydraulic loss is small. Generally, the maximum roughness of the runner of cast impeller can reach R.25/-M, and the roughness of the runner of plastic impeller can reach the maximum of R3.3m. Reduce n hydraulic loss. Especially for low specific speed pumps, the impeller flow path is narrow and long, reducing roughness has a significant effect on improving pump efficiency.
(3) Good balance, stable operation; light weight, easy to assemble and maintain.
(4) Low cost of mass production. The use of one-time molding technology saves processing costs. In addition, the plastic impeller has the advantages of corrosion resistance and low water pollution.
